By subscribing to a Chip Stock Investor membership at https://chipstockinvestor.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Membership Description

Chip Stock Investor offers a paid membership that provides access to exclusive semiconductor investing research, analysis, educational content, private podcast episodes, and a members-only Discord community.
All subscriptions are purchased through our website. After purchase, members must connect their Discord account to gain access to the community and membership content.

2. No Refunds

All membership fees are non-refundable. Because access to digital content and the private Discord server is granted immediately upon signup, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

3. Access via Discord

Membership content and community features are delivered through a private Discord server. After subscribing, you must follow the instructions in your account dashboard to connect your Discord account.
Failure to connect your Discord account does not entitle you to a refund. It is your responsibility to complete the connection process.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the membership and Discord server is the intellectual property of Chip Stock Investor LLC, Nicholas Rossolillo, and Kasey Rossolillo.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or repurpose any part of the content or discussions without express written permission.

5. Limited License

When you subscribe, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the membership content.
You may not share your login or Discord access with others. Any unauthorized access, sharing, or redistribution may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

6. Copyright and Attribution

All materials are protected by copyright law. Any excerpts or references to our content must include proper attribution to Nicholas and Kasey Rossolillo and Chip Stock Investor, and only with prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All membership content—including content within Discord—is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.
Your use of this information is at your own risk.

8. Financial Disclaimer

Nothing provided through the Chip Stock Investor membership or Discord server constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Investing involves risk, and you should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Chip Stock Investor does not manage your money and is not responsible for any financial losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the membership or Discord server after changes means you agree to the revised terms.

12. Email and Marketing

By subscribing, you agree to receive occasional emails related to your membership. We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your email address with third parties.

By purchasing a membership, connecting your Discord account, and accessing the content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
