By subscribing to a Chip Stock Investor membership at https://chipstockinvestor.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Subscription Description

Chip Stock Investor offers a paid subscription that provides access to exclusive investing research, analysis, educational content, and live events hosted weekly. All subscriptions are purchased through our website. 

2. No Refunds

All membership fees are non-refundable. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon signup, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

3. Accessing the platform

Features are delivered through a chipstockinvestor.com. 
Failure to use the research platform does not entitle you to a refund. It is your responsibility to manage your account and if needed, make changes, such as: pause, cancel, or renew. 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the subscription is the intellectual property of Chip Stock Investor LLC, Nicholas Rossolillo, and Kasey Rossolillo.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or repurpose any part of the content or discussions without express written permission.

5. Limited License

When you subscribe, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the membership content.
You may not share your login access with others. Any unauthorized access, sharing, or redistribution may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Copyright and Attribution

All materials are protected by copyright law. Any excerpts or references to our content must include proper attribution to Nicholas and Kasey Rossolillo and Chip Stock Investor, and only with prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
